PRINTABLE PDF HERE: SELF TALK CARD
Zig Ziglar is one of my favorite mentors and speakers. I have listened to him for hours and hours on spotify and audible. Probably one of the coolest things that's happened to me was that I got to see him give one of his last speeches before he later passed away in 2012. I got to sing on the same stage he spoke on at that same event which was a "Get Motivated" Seminar in Oklahoma City by Tamara Lowe. We only sang for 30 seconds because they just squeezed us in to sing our song on sex trafficking awareness of all things, but it's all a memory I cherish. I call him my "honorary grandpa" even though I never got the chance to actually meet him, but he has changed my life. I would love to carry his message and legacy on to the next generation and especially to school aged kids before they get programmed with negativity and get a "loser's limp" as Zig would say.
Zig became a Christian at 45 and became a top salesman who went from the bottom to the top by changing his habits and choosing what went into his mind. He taught me about goal setting, the mindset of selling, courting your mate (I'm not married but good to know for later), that you're always self employed no matter who signs your paycheck, and that if you help enough other people get what they want, you will get what you want. He was an amazing person and it will be cool to meet him in heaven one day.

“These are the qualities of the winner I was born to be. Today is the first day of the rest of my life and it is WONDERFUL!”
Zig’s Famous Quote to Memorize:
“You can have everything in life YOU want, if you will just help enough other people get what THEY want.”
